We believe that structured resource planning is critical to the efficient manufacture of components. We combine the processing capability of MRP with the finesse of a human to develop a production plan that takes multiple constraints into account. All moulding machines are linked to a real-time production monitoring system, providing all staff with performance data at all times.
On-time in-full delivery performance is a pre-requisite for any successful supply contract and we are proud to demonstrate to customers that we offer exemplary delivery performance. By running our own fleet of vehicles we can ensure that goods are delivered on time and product quality is preserved.
Our flexibility means that that we will give all customer requirements due consideration. If we cannot immediately provide the means to service an enquiry, investment in the necessary plant will always be considered, and being family owned and run, decisions can be made quickly.
